It was changed to the name of the Information Division to develop the organization towards excellence. went to be under the planning department Currently, the Planning Division The work group is divided into 3 work groups with authority and duties as follows:

1. Budget working group

              Its mission is to analyze/synthesize information for managing the annual budget for both the national budget. Strategic/integrated budget Budget for driving towards university excellence according to the national direction income budget and capital budget Preparation of the budget master plan Preparation of revenue projections Preparation of annual budget Preparation of operational plans and annual budget spending plans Budget management during the year/loans and savings Verifying actual income Strengthening financial stability Planning and managing workforce to meet specified standards.

2. Institutional Strategy Group

              Its mission is to plan the development of the university. Preparation of various plans Coordinating plans/projects/activities, analyzing and synthesizing university information. Institutional research Preparation of basic university information Presentation of information about status and the potential of the university in various aspects Risk management and internal control Preparation of certification of official performance including monitoring and evaluation and carrying out missions according to university policy both at the university level and at the faculty/unit level

3. Information Division for Organizational Development towards Excellence

              Has responsibility for supervising, monitoring, and inspecting operations to develop the organization towards excellence. and database and information system development work To be correct and consistent with the policies of Maha Sarakham University, divided into 2 tasks as follows:

             3.1 Organizational quality development work towards excellence

                       It is responsible for creating plans for organizational development towards excellence at the faculty and institution level and quality assurance work at the curriculum level. Follow up and inspect the operations of developing the organization towards excellence. and quality assurance work at the curriculum level Follow up on faculty level quality development Institutional level and curriculum level quality assessment Create knowledge and understanding Promote and support organizational development towards excellence Course level quality assurance Including organizing meetings, training seminars, supervising and inspecting the recording of data reports in the CHE QA Online database at the faculty level, curriculum and institutional level data records.

             3.2 Institutional data warehouse and information system development work

                       Is responsible for coordinating information management with relevant agencies. To analyze and synthesize to develop tools for managing information that supports management decision-making. and receive policies from executives regarding the development and improvement of information systems for efficient management By going to the area to survey and study the possibilities and needs of users in order to analyze problems and needs in developing information systems. and present guidelines for information system development Ready to analyze and design the system. Develop information systems according to the needs of users. and carry out testing of the system to prepare before actual use. and make improvements to the information system according to the context of current users so that they can use the system continuously.
